Eligibility and community conduct
You must be at least 18 years old to participate. You agree to provide accurate information, respect member privacy, follow posted community rules, and refrain from harassment, hate speech, spam, solicitation, impersonation, illegal activity, or conduct that creates a safety risk. We may decline applications, moderate content, suspend participation, or remove members when reasonably necessary.
Peer support only
Without Booze is a peer-support community. It does not provide medical care, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, detoxification guidance, therapy, legal advice, or emergency services. Information shared by us or by community members is general information and personal experience, not professional advice. Always seek qualified professional care when appropriate. If you may be experiencing dangerous alcohol withdrawal or an immediate crisis, contact emergency services or a qualified medical professional.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee sobriety, health, employment, acceptance into the community, uninterrupted access, or any particular result. You are responsible for your decisions and participation.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, display, reproduce, and moderate that content as reasonably necessary to operate the website and community. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share. We will not intentionally use private community posts in public marketing without permission.
Our content
The Without Booze name, branding, website design, and original materials are owned by us or used with permission. You may use materials for personal, noncommercial purposes but may not reproduce, sell, or distribute them without permission.
Third-party services
The website may link to or work with third-party services, including social platforms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website and community are provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We make no warranties that they will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Without Booze and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website or community.
